"I was forced to transfer my policy to a different agents office after asking for an error made on my policy by them to be corrected with no support. I was dismissively met with, “you’re more than welcome to take your business elsewhere”. although this behavior may not be acceptable it sure seems that it’s being tolerated and is not very conducive of a professional setting. Update/reply: my familial relationship with her has absolutely nothing to do with her lack of professionalism and her ability to do her job correctly, family or not. You have no business commenting on what our relationship is or isn’t. If we were so “toxic” then why would I give her my business? Just doesn’t make sense does it? Truth is, she took my business to get a commission and left me high and dry when I came down to correcting an issue that again she made. I didn’t just make up a scenario, after calling the 800# the gentleman explained to me there was an error made when the policy was processed. Who processed the policy? She did. Also, for discretion I didn’t mention her assuming you would deal with it appropriately. Your response to this is exactly why she feels comfortable acting the way she does in your place of business, you’re an enabler. Since you want to open your mouth and ask for full context, She’s ran everybody out of there for years both staff and customers, and you know it and allow it. Maybe if you weren’t so busy Fraternizing you’d be able to see the reality for what it is. You and her should both be seriously ashamed of yourselves."

"I'm sorry to hear that you’re upset, but there is much more context to this situation being that you and our staff member are brother and sister. Our staff member—who is also your Sister—kindly informed you that it's after office hours and she was off duty and would address your concerns upon her return to work on Monday. She explained there was no error made preventing you from On-Line access and also directed you to our official business phone number for assistance, which you unfortunately didn't use. Your concerns could have been handled by the agent or our 24-hour customer support team if you would have called the business line. Prior to this we were made aware that you and your sister have fallen out and don't get along, so due to the broken and toxic personal family Brother/Sister relationship you have with our employee, we thought it best you continue your State Farm relationship with another office to avoid further personal issues affecting our professional office structure. I wish you much success with your Dog Grooming business and I'm sure seperating brother and sister was best for both of you. Please feel free to contact me directly anytime, I am always here to help. We wish you the best and hope your concerns are resolved soon."

"I've been with State Farm for over 7 years and I must say, I have the best insurance agent.
